Endeecom Internal OS is the private backbone of our agency. As we scaled, we realized that off-the-shelf project management tools couldn't handle the nuances of our specific workflow. We needed a centralized "Source of Truth" that merged creative output with operational logistics.

This internal platform handles everything from the first creative brief to the final payroll slip, ensuring that our designers, developers, and project managers can focus on delivering world-class work while the system handles the administrative heavy lifting.

Before building the Internal OS, our agency's data lived in "islands." We faced three core internal struggles:

  • The "Admin Tax": Our creatives were spending too much time in spreadsheets for attendance, reimbursement, and overtime instead of in Figma or VS Code.

  • Resource Blindness: It was difficult for leadership to see who was over-capacity and who was available across different Works and Events.

  • Knowledge Leakage: Important agency SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and project histories were buried in Slack threads, making it hard to onboard new team members efficiently.

We treated our own agency as the "Client" and built a modular ERP tailored to our specific culture.

  • Custom Productivity Suite: We designed the Works and Tasks modules to reflect the way we actually work—iteratively. We linked these directly to My Calendar, so every team member has a unified view of their deadlines and meetings.

  • The "One-Click" HR Flow: We automated the friction points. Leaves, Attendance, and Overtime Requests are now handled through a simplified interface that feeds directly into Payroll, eliminating manual calculations for the finance team.

  • Centralized Agency Intelligence: * Notice Board: For high-priority internal announcements and agency wins.

    • Knowledge Base: A searchable "Wiki" for our brand assets, coding standards, and design systems.

  • Operational Support: We integrated a Ticket system for internal requests (IT issues, equipment needs) and a Reimbursement tracker to ensure the team is never out-of-pocket for agency-related expenses.

  • Unified Dashboard: A high-level view that greets every employee with their specific tasks, upcoming agency events, and a quick-glance status of their monthly attendance.
