Before building the Internal OS, our agency's data lived in "islands." We faced three core internal struggles:

The "One-Click" HR Flow: We automated the friction points. Leaves, Attendance, and Overtime Requests are now handled through a simplified interface that feeds directly into Payroll, eliminating manual calculations for the finance team.
