This project explores the design of a social sports mobile app that helps people find and join nearby sports games easily. The app connects players based on location, sport preferences, and availability, reducing the friction of organizing or joining casual games.
I designed the end-to-end experience, starting from the home dashboard, discovering games, viewing game details, joining a game, and completing payment using QRIS.

Many people want to play sports but face common problems:
Hard to find games nearby
Unclear game details (skill level, price, availability)
Awkward coordination with strangers
Hesitation at the moment of payment
The main challenge was designing a flow that feels:
Fast to browse
Safe to commit
Clear at the moment of payment
Especially during the “Join game” and payment step, users often feel unsure and drop off.

I focused on reducing uncertainty and building trust at every step of the journey.
Key design decisions:
Location-based discovery on the Home screen
Clear sport categories to reduce cognitive load
Transparent game detail information before joining
A step-by-step join flow with confirmation
Simple and familiar QRIS payment with clear instructions
Each screen answers one main user question before moving to the next step.
